Hello everyone
On the 13th November I crashed an aircraft, and was informed to complete a crash report where I would be notified by my Hub manger (LPPT) of the number of days I would be suspended.
Could somebody tell me how long this normally takes, as I am itching to get back into the PP seat? :'(
-
Maybe an idea to contact your hub-manager about his...;)
-
Thanks Danny
have done that already, but have, as yet, to receive an answer!
Please understand It's not a big problem, and I surely don't want to come across as disgruntled or dis-satisfied, (I am ver happy at EH) it's just a matter of me knowing how long am I going to be suspended... it is already three days since the crash, and have not been able to fly a PP flight.:[

Have you also checked your pilot-section?
Because there will be more info available about the lenght of the penalty.;)
-
I have and all it states is:-
"Attention: You will receive an email when your account is unsuspended. Also when you send your report the hub manager will tell you for how many days you'll be suspended. "
The number of days is blank at this point.

Hi moketni,
What is your pilot id please?
Regards,

Hi Bruno
My Pilot ID is EHM-1721
Sorry about that I will add it to my profile...right now.
-
I have the sname problem - crashed on Saturday, still have not heard anything about my suspension.
-
Hello Des
Have you heard anything about your suspension yet...?
I am still waiting, I must say I am becoming a little frustrated now...maybe other Hubs are quicker in sorting out the crash status of pilots.
If only I knew roughly the time period of suspension, it wouldn't be so bad, but NO ONE from my Hub as even contacted in this regard....
What can I say?

I have also been suspended and have as yet not heard anything.:$

I have been suspended since crashing on Sunday or Monday but have since been un-suspended today even though I wasn't given the duration of suspension. (or at least the section under Pilot Information stated 0 days)
Regards,
-
Dear pilots,
We are very sorry but on the last days we got problems accessing our internal Control Panel in order to examin your situations.
Unfortunately we couldn't tell it before because we were still looking for the problem ...
Now it's solved so, expect news about your hub managers soon.
Again, sorry for the incovenience.
Regards,
-
Thanks Bruno, we do understand...
...really hope it is soon though, I have written to my Hub Manager Jonathan Rasmussen a couple of times but have not received any reply as of yet. :[
Glad all will be well soon and I can take to the skies again in PP. :>

Suspension lifted at last! Now to find another plane to crash! (Well, maybe not).
-
I have 2 questions about PP:
Now do we have to turn the strobes on before the engines even though in real life they are not turned on until entering the runway?
And, crashes that are proved by the report and the ACARS to be not caused by pilot error, but by FS, do we still get the 1000 points boundary?
E.g. on my last crash (second) :(, I proved to my hub captain that it was not my fault: as I showed with ACARS that landing was at a normal VSI and then several seconds later the airplane randomly sunk seven feet into the ground - will I still recieve the penalty?
-
I had the same problem...
I was landed at EHAM, and when I wanted to exit the runway the aircraft sunk 12 ft in to the ground...
I have received a 1000 points penalty and 3 days of suspension...

Hello,
PP means ProPilot, good pilot abilities and of course a stable pc system ,which includes also to check the scenery before you make a flight.
Everyone knows what happens when the plane crashes and that you receive many bad points and a suspension.
So again please check your system if you are able to make "realistic" flights with ProPilot.
regards,
Kendy
