"Dear Pilot,
We don't have enough information to consider your ProPilot flight a valid one.
It means that your Flight Logger didn't send us the minimum information between Engine startup to Engine Shutdown.
Normally this happens when you loose internet connection on your flight. Because we don't know if you made a penalty on that time, we cannot accept your flight.
If you think you didn't lost internet connection, that use this procedure to use the Flight Logger:

- Start Flight Simulator.
- Choose Airplane and shutdown the engines and battery.
- Place the airplane on the gates, on the respective airport.
- Start Flight Logger, choose ProPilot Flight.
- Fly.
- After landing and taxiing, shutdown your engines, turn the battery off, and go to the Flight Logger to submit your PIREP.


If you still think that you that none of this happened, please contact your Hub Captain as soon as possible.

I did not loose the Internet connection. Everything went perfect. Please review the ACARS. I don't understand this.
What could have happen?

Hi Hector,

That's something that will not happen on the next Flight Logger that we are developing ;D ...

Basically it means that on the take-off or at landing the Flight Logger somehow didn't reached our EHM website server.
So, because of that the website server didn't received the ACARS information so it couldn't calculate your flight time.

Because of that, the system raises a security flaw, and don't consider the flight a valid one.

We are aware of that situation, so the next flight logger can actually check if the server have all the ACARS info that it needs so it doesn't happen again.

Sorry for that. You have to repeat the flight if you want to validate it.

Hi Bruno, thanks for your answer.
By the way, for the next ProPilot version, what if it schedules the returning flight automatically allowing a maximum of 7 days to do it? This could diminish the large numbers of aircrafts left everywhere.
For example, I had to fly the only B763 we have in Atlanta back from Heathrow via KBWI since there is not a direct flight.
Another idea could be that for a pilot to fly an airplane or a flight from other than his/her hub, this should need to be approved by both hub managers.
