In which case, can I appologise for crashing a B738 at Heathrow yesterday... Was not my fault, clicked the "Start Pushback" button in IVAP and the plane pitched vertically almost immediately...

FSP had a fit (aircraft crashed, no survivors, boo hoo!) and as I later found out so did the FLogger (3 days suspension, which is fair enough. I helped form the rules, so I have to abide by them)

If only we had the new FLogger, it wouldn't have registered as a crash, as the aircraft was only moving at 1kts GS (according to the ACARS) :)

Hi,

The new flight logger version is fully tested.
Armando is going to place it available as soon as possible.

Hi,

Dont know what happend on my flight ... it was on perfect approach to LSZH, and a good touchdown, but after that, the worst happened, the plane veered to the left, touching the left wing on the ground, and then the plane CRASHED!!!!!

I have written to the Hub Manager, looking forward to his mail for order of suspension and when I can be back. I had probably damaged my plane some time back, giving it excessive G's on my previous flight.

Does PP log flight failures and if yes how can we repair the same.

Looking forward to being on my feet soon.

Vincent,

The failures system has not yet been implemented. Usually a problem like that occurs on landing if you disconnect the AP and the plane is trimmed hard over or something like that. The next thing, are you using FS Passengers? This has a nasty habit of throwing up failures and I have had two or three gear problems causing this type of effect.

Your hub manager will sort it out for you! :)

Vincent,

I've e-mailed you about your suspension with a few suggestions on how to reduce the chances of this happening again... ;)

Hi Dominic,

Thanks very much for your mail and your kind suggestions which I appreciate a lot, and which will surely help me minimize my chances of happening again...

I used to use the demo version of FS Passenger, I dont use it on regular flights as demo does not allow take off from anywhere except KSFO I think, ya that had a nasty way to record crashes. I am not using it for my regular flights now.

Thanks for your reply too Philip. My hub manager has resolved and given me a host of good advice. It feels nice to receive a personalized advice.
