Title: JustFlight's new payware BAe 146 for FSX
Post by: EHM-1465 Dominic on August 01, 2012, 03:18:41 pm
For those pilots who enjoy flying the BAe 146 'Whisperjet', there is another new payware version available HERE (http://www.justflight.com/product/146-200-jetliner) from JustFlight.

They have modelled the 146-200 version initially but state on their site that the 146-300 (which is the version EuroCargo uses) will be a free expansion due to be released soon.

The video on their site certainly looks good so I'd be interested to hear from any of you that try it out ;)

The Qualitysim and JustFlight ones kind of complement each other at the moment as the QW is only currently for FS9 and models the Avro RJ (with FSX and 146 to come) whereas the JF one of FSX only and models the original 146 ;)

Hi dominic   :)
Have tried just flight with fsx. It has a very good graphics, for those who like to fly with auto pilot will have lots of problems because there are some quadrants and knobs that dont work properly by mouse clicks.
As i use switch & multi panels, i took a long time to understand the process properly.
Better wait 4 the latest release for those who want this toy  ;D
By Qwsim has already that stated  ;)
Cheers,
Patrick

Thanks Patrick, are you saying that the problems you had are because the panels don't work correctly or is it just the layout of the BAe 146 panels compared to Boeing/Airbus jets that caused you some issues? The 146 can be a steep learning curve if you're not familiar with it ;)

The autopilot panel doesnt work properly by mouse clicks. I cant make any input without my multi panel. The computer board doesnt work. Its dark.
Dont look for the auto pilot enable button on the main panel. Its in the pedestal panel  :) It dont work also by mouse click.
its only those little problems that ive found otherwise i had lot of fun 2 fly it  :D

I wanted 2 change the texture but i dont know how 2 do it , may be u can help me out  :)
Have a nice sunday dom  ;D

I don't know whether it will help but JustFlight have got a page of FAQ's available HERE (http://www.justflight.com/supportfaq/146-200) and they say that you need to configure all the systems in accordance with the manual for everything to work.

As to textures, the description on their site indicates it comes with a full paintkit - to learn how to repaint planes is a huge question so you'd be best off Googling "how to repaint planes in FSX" - you'll see there are pages of different guides and Youtube videos available ;)
