Title: Eric Marciano releases new Universal FMC (payware)
Post by: EHM-1465 Dominic on February 12, 2013, 07:20:36 pm
Thanks to our friends at Avsim, I've just learned about...

Eric Marciano has released a new add-on for FSX and FS2004, EasyFMC. This is a universal Flight Management Computer that can be installed in any aircraft of your collection. It allows the full creation of a flight plan and provides flight guidance without needing any navigation database. It also provides useful features for navigation and comes with 2 look-and-feels: Airbus and Boeing 737.

The details on Eric's site look good, the FMC uses the existing navigation database within FS9/FSX (so you don't need to update it from Navigraph or Aerosoft) and it's a reasonable price at 10.90 euros (for both FS9 & FSX versions). It looks like a good option for those who have yet to move into the world of PMDG/Level-D complexity addons but want more than the default GPS.
