Title: Pro Pilot booking Croisiere noire
Post by: EHM-1882 Gian on January 14, 2009, 12:26:18 pm
Hello,

I tried to book my plane for the third leg of Croisière Noire, but when I click on it, no available flights appear. This looks rather strange, as I can see that all the other participants look like they have already booked their planes. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help,

Gian

Gian,

Which tail-id plane have you been flying?  Your reserved plane (PP-A07) is still at DAOO and hasn't moved since it was added to the PP fleet, so I'd have to guess you've been using another plane.

EDIT: A lot more digging later, you've been flying PP-A28, which is sitting at GAGO waiting until the next leg can be flown (16th January).

:D

... so, Gian, all you have to do is wait :)

Thks guys for your replies. Indeed I'm flying the PPA28 (just booked now). I did not realize I had a plane already booked for me. So is it possible to have this one now "reserved" so I do not need to wait until the flying date is open for booking? In fact, as long as I have a plane available, that's fine. I understand now why the other pilots appear in orange colour on the list.

Hi Gian,

Well, that's not possible mate. You need to wait until the leg is available :)
