Title: Fs9 config

HI all. in the proses of transferring fs9 to my new computer , windows 7, could someone tell me how to get to fs9 config location i need at add [oldmodules] FSSound.dll to it  Regards Bruce EHM-2131

I haven't got Windows 7 but according to THIS THREAD (http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthread.php?204316-fs9-cfg-location-in-Windows-7) from Flightsim.com it is at:

C:\Users\**Your ID**\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FS9

Where "Users" will be in your native language. So "Gebruikers" in Dutch, or "Gebraucher" in German, for example. You will, in that case, also see a folder called "Users", but you will not be allowed to access it. It's only there to "fool" software, and link through to the correct folder.

Hi. Thanks for the help still a lot to learn about  windows 7 looks more complicated than XP, still not been able to find it i can get as far as username but their is not there to click on, at least i can fly in the meantime, will keep at it. Bruce EHM-2131

Is there an option to show hidden folders etc like in XP?

Hi yes i have thta ticked, think it somthing to do with users not got my head around this yet am using administator i think at the moment Regards Bruce EHM-2131
