Title: DA Fokker 70/100
Post by: EHM-1507 Manuel on June 27, 2009, 01:59:04 pm
Hi everyone,

does anyone use the Digital Aviation Fokker 70/100 together with GoFlight - Modules?
If so, what are your experiences with this combination??

I can't answer your question Manuel as I've only used GoFlight at a Flightsim show but I have a question for you - is the DA Fokker as good as it looks from the screenshots? I've held off from buying it as I was waiting for more news on the VC version... But it does look good as a 2D only aircraft anyway :)

Hi Dom,

sorry, but, I can´t answer your questions, too  ;D
I´m building a homecockpit with Go-Flight Modules and have now heavy problems with the MCP AdvancedAutoPilot with my F1 ATR 72.
So I´m thinking of switching to the Fokker. But as you I don´t own it already  :)

But when I find out, that my Hardware will work with the Fokkers, then I´m goingt to buy it and let you know - but when you buy it earlier, then please let me know how you like it!

From the [ DA forum (http://www.digital-aviation.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=4445) ] (the red and bold was added by me for effect):

What a great product! This is without doubt one of the best sim products to come along for a very long time.

After I sorted out the fonts issue (after which I found the posting on the fourms which would have saved me an hour grrrrr) I only seem to have one significant issue and one gripe.

The click spot on the baro knobs to increase the baro setting seems very small, I can decrease the baro setting without any problem, but trying to increase it again is very difficult as the click spot seems to be only about one or two px in size :?

The gripe is that none of the avionics work with all my GoFlight stuff :(

Hi Murray,

thank you very much, that answers my question completely.
