Title: Concorde panel bug
Post by: EHM-1001 Robert on October 12, 2004, 10:27:50 am
Well, I have flown the first official flight with the new Concorde, and had a small problem. I used the panel by Joel Schumacher (Schuengineering) and the VOR1/2 knobs did not work at all. I could not adjust frequency. If I switched to another plane, or panel, I could set the frequency, and when I switched back to the Concorde, the previously setted frequency worked. But I could not set it there...

Could it be an FSUIPC bug? I have a 2002.dec.20 edition. Is there a later one that is freeware?

Thanks.

Welcome to Concorde! I don't use the panel myself but, I'll have a look.

Well it's been nearly a month but, I had a look..... :$

Check the aircraft.cfg [Radios] section. It should look like this....

[Radios]
Audio.1=1
Com.1=1,1
Com.2=1,1
Nav.1=1,0,1
Nav.2=1,0,0
Adf.1=1
Transponder.1=1
Marker.1=1

Hope that solves your problem - if you haven't already. :>

Thanks Scott, but just when I started to use a new FDE the problem dissappeared. Thanks, anyway ;D You know, better late than never ;)

That likely confirms that the [Radio] section was corrected in the new FDE
