Title: wrong penalty
Post by: EHM-1093 Michel on November 21, 2005, 01:31:09 pm
Aloha,

On my last flight I received a penalty "Maximum load factor (G) allowed".
However, I did nothing wrong.
App speed 145kts, the report said 315kts ?!?!?!?!?!?!
rate of descent was normal.
Is there a way to correct this mistake by FlightLogger?
It cost me 400 points :(

Hi dutchmil,

That penalty is given when you exceed your normal G factor on your airplane. It can be given on any time on the flight, not only on approach (normally on your approach you don't exceed it).

Also, due to our new log system (it was costing us so many disk space on the server) we only keep track of the penalties and not on the total ACARS information from your flight, so, if you want I can tell you what what time it happened during your flight (just give me your pilot id).

Kindly Regards,
