Last week, I decided to recreate my first ever flight for EHM, 18 years on!

On 31/07/2004, I flew a Jetstream 41 from Manchester to East Midlands UK and began my career with EuroHarmony VA. The livery was different and the aircraft was a much less advanced model than we are used to now, but I remember that the experience was really exciting!

Announcements / It's time to celebrate 21 years of EuroHarmony!

Our wonderful VA has been running now for 21 years - that's an amazing achievement!

To celebrate this remarkable milestone we are going to have a bunch of new activities during the summer and autumn. We're starting off with a new set of EuroBusiness Missions, which will take you around some of the main financial centres of Europe and the Americas, in a bid to gain new customers for the airline. All the details are on the Missions pages.

These will be followed by new Missions for EuroCargo and EuroHolidays over the next few weeks. We hope you enjoy them!

Please post your Missions screenshots, feedback and any suggestions for the 21st anniversary celebrations in the Forum.

Haha, yes it is quite large indeed.
It used to be the lagest in NL, back in the days when that empty plot with that little lake inside was still part of the park. That bit was "returned to nature" in return for some other permits that eventually led to that outdoor swimming pool with giant spectacular slides, and a couple of horse stables plus a riding school. Those are the main attractors for the camping, and it has been fully booked during the high season for 5 years in a row now. People usually book their next-year holiday before they leave (otherwise they risk it is all sold out).
So yes, it is large, and the owner is making lots of money

      For the highlight of my weekend so far I've been dragged shopping, not much difference. eh
      And that looks a fair size of camp site.

Awesome! because I went flying

Did some circuits and a one hour local flight form Lelystad (EHLE). Of course I flew over the camping we are staying at the moment.

Whoa! What are ATC doing?



I got a nasty shock on late finals when I saw another aircraft had been sequenced very close in front of me...

Sure enough, it was a missed approach seconds later, with a few sharp intakes of breath from the passengers 

Have you ever had this happen on your flights?

Thanks very much guys, it's a great feeling to be back and to have posted my first PIREP in ages
