I had the exact same thing !!!!!

First I thought it was Active Sky being the problem, but when checked the settings, AS transmit only on 121.00 :P

So definitely some station on the ground along the route ;)

Without knowing about the apparent problems that have arisen, that's exactly what I did after each flight... lock the next one for the next day..

I haven't had any problems with the tour so far... ;)

Don't worry Rico, same problem here (I mean the leg 055 AND my own big mouth).

I flew the leg 054 yesterday, tried to lock 055 immediately after, did not work and I expected to be able to lock it this morning. Wrong again :| ...

BTW, has anyone actually locked leg 055? And if one has, when was that?

Hi Bruce,
Last year we all flew the event witout any problem.I don't know
exactly at what time during the night the day is changed ,anyway with us here in GMT +1 it is not at 2400 hrs.
It is later.
And by the way I am still waiting in LEMG until the problem is solved.
Cheers,
Jaap

Sorry guys,

There was a mistake on the Guelmim airport ICAO. It's not "GM47" but "GM0A", so the ProPilot system was not discovering that airport.

Please check again. I checked with Rico's account and the flight was possible to be locked.

Works for me too (and I can see more of us have locked the leg 055).
Can't wait this evening to fly it (yes, flying is more fun than locking)

Hi Javier,

Sorry about the delay, but actually I get here every 3 hours to see if there is any problem on the event.

I think that we will not have any more problems, but let's see how it goes :)

Hi Bruno,
Although I know being one day late I still cannot lock leg 053.
But I have waited already two days here without any luck.I think it would be unfair if I could not go on with the event because its not my fault being late.
Cheers,
Jaap

Hi all, Don't know if it as happend to anybody else., as l was leaving this morning from GMMZ as l passed the fuel station FS9 filled the tanks to 100% i did not notice this until l was airborne, as l did no want to start again as l was short of time, so my pirep has a minus figure for my fuel used. also did anyone have the strong winds, l was on ivao at the time wind of 50Kts at times! It is a bit unusual, as refuelling is automatic only if engines are stopped. Clever FS ;)

Well, landing at GM0A has been one of the most challenging for me so far. As I use the FS default scenery it turned out that the runway has no lights and being still dark at that time of the morning the fog was at ground surface. I spent almost 40 minutes circling and after three attempts to land in RWY 23 (winds 290/28) I had to wait for a little bit of sunlight and landed on RWY 05. It was a bless that the runway is 10000' long. I think that the departure from GMMZ should be at leas a couple of hours later.
BTW, could not lock E056.

Good pilots keep their number of landings equal to their number of takeoffs. Takeoffs are optional but landings are Mandatory.

Sorry Bruno to bother you again.
I can still not fly the 053 leg because the flightlist keeps empty when I try to lock the flight.
So the problem is not solved.
