IVAO C1 Practical Exam - 20040323T2000Z

Hey ya!

Just to let everyone know, I have my IVAO C1 controllers exam booked for Tuesday 23rd, commencing at 2000Z.

This also happens to coincide with an IVAO-GB online evening (yikes!!!) so any of you on IVAO that wants to pop by EGLL, feel welcome.

You are guaranteed APP and TWR/GND, and there'll probably be CTR too!

BTW, I'll be running EGLL TWR most of this weekend (if I can) in practice for my exam, so any traffic in the vicinity, come by.

Thanks to all EHM pilots for staying away (honestly...)

We had about 10 flights all turn up at pretty much the same time and mostly from EHAM (naughty EGTT_CTR) and then EGLL_APP crashed out as the first of them arrived...

In the four months or so I've been controlling I have never seen that much traffic inbound for EGLL.

Nonetheless, I'm happy to say that as EuroHarmony moves into it's new phase, it has a new IVAO C1 controller on it roster (yes, I passed...)  

I hope to welcome some of you to Heathrow in the near future.

BTW, there is a C3 exam in EGTT next Tuesday for any of you looking to get some good online hours under your belt in a Class1 turbo prop (seem to remember that EHAM-EGLL was a class 1 departure...)
