Voidhawk9 over on the x-plane.org forums is producing a masterwork on learning to fly in X-Plane. Most of what he shows you would apply equally well in FS9 and FSX, so all pilots that want to know the basics (and even if you think you know the basics) are urged to follow through his entire course (especially if you're not too familiar with flying).
