Difficulty

This is a VFR tour, so youll need to respect daylight time, and stay clear of clouds. This might complicate things, depending on weather. Then, there are mountains, of course. You best avoid those too... A Single Engine Piston plane should not have too much difficulty with the runways in this tour, as long as you land into the wind, and dont have to cliff-dive into an airport. VOR NDB navigation might be a challenge for some.

Description

As the far north is getting more and more daylight, it is time to explore Norway. We take out our trusty Cessna 172, because reliability is key in this operation. Mind those Granite Clouds, as you progress north and back to and from Batsfjord. In the announcement post on the forum, you will find suggested routes, listing VORs and NDBs, with their respective frequencies.
