I was wondering is Gergely still CEO of euroharmony because a few months ago he siad he was steping down

He resigned temporarily for a period of 6 months, it was decided that Maarten would take his place as CEO until his return, we all have a lot of respect for Gergely, as he founded the VA and has shed the real blood to get this place up and running, so im quite sure if he returned or left it would be taken with huge respect.

The reason that Gergely resigned for an unknown period is because he hasn't got time enough to work on the VA. There were times that Gergely worked hours a day to get something sorted, now there's a period that he can't invest that much time in the airline so he decided to give the control of the VA to someone else.

However, Gergely had a very important role in the recovering of the website. He sent me a lot of important files for the website to me that I didn't have myself.

I recently received an e-mail from him telling me that it takes a long time before he gets back to the VA. It's hard to say when, but it will not be earlier than next summer.

He still on the forum and has done about 3 hours and his pilot ID is EHM-1398 or is this some one else?

Gergely I think, whether you are EHM0001 and the CEO or EHM1398 and just another pilot, it’s nice to know you are around again. I think many of us “old” pilot are happy :> to see you back among us.
