Zero Rating
EHM-1152 Thomas:
Here's a good one for you. Somehow I managed to get a rating of zero for my flight. Somehow I dont think thats possible. Also I cant look at the details of the flight and I get this error message
JpGraph Error: A plot has an illegal scale. This could for example be that you are trying to use text autoscaling to draw a line plot with only one point or that the plot area is too small. Try increasing the graph size or correct the lineplot
How come that happened?
EHM-0962 Zhen Yi:
a zero rating means that you made no errors in the flight
EHM-1152 Thomas:
I don't think that is the case here though as I know that I made one error by forgetting to turn on my beacon lights before starting the engine.
EHM-0948 Bruno:
Hi,
When it happens it is because something happened between your Flight Logger, Flight Simulator and Internet connection status.
Always make this procedure:
-> Start Flight Simulator.
-> Shutdown engines of the airplane and select the correct airplane.
-> Position your airplane on the correct gate.
-> Verify internet connection.
-> Turn on Flight Logger.
This is very important, because what happened it that the Flight Logger lost connection with the site, so we didnt recorded part of your flight.
This is a known bug that is going to be corrrected as soon as possible, so in that case, we will ALWAYS verify we we had the "Log Started" and "Log ended" Flight Logger ACARS values.
If not, the flight will not be accepted as a ProPilot one.
I am very sorry for this rules, and I also know that they are not too flexible. But unfortunately, right now, this is what is needed to have justice on the flight results.
We are also already thinking of ways to workaround this problems.
Regards,

Would it perhaps be possible to delete my previous flight and I will do it again? I would like my rating to be real as opposed to just automatically zero! lol.
