Unfortunately yes, we need to de-active as a ProPilot flight.
That flight will count to you flight hours, but will not count to your FAC.

When you make another flight, the FAC will be updated automatically.

So can I fly from EHAM or do I need to make the flight from EGLL again?

Well, actually your airplane was moved there and we cannot pull him back.

Due to the live system we cannot just pull it back because other pilots are expecting to see that airplane there.
Due to the travelling mode, your position is on your last destination. You need to wait 24 hours, so your travelling mode can be turned off, and after that you can make whatever flight you want to.
