Help needed for a recepie

Hi folks !

Can some Dutch member translate it to me to English please ?


Ik was er ook naar op zoek en kwam dit recept tegen, ik hou ook van lekkere dingetjes te maken. Ik zou zeggen probeer het eens

Deeg:25 g gist
100 g melk
1 ei
200g zuurroom
0,5 kg meel
0,5 ei om op te smeren helft product
Voor invulling:300g rundvlees
100g kool
100g uien
zout, peper

Maak een deeg van deeg producten.Rundvlees,kool,uien in heel klein stukjes snijden.Deeg plaat rollen een 15cm rondjes maken(met behulp van klein boordje gaat het heel snel).Doe invulling (zoiets 1 eetlepel )binnen rondje ,vouw door de midden en knijp kanten vast.Smeer met geklopte ei kibinai en zet in verwarmde 200 c oven.Ik denk zoiets 20 min om te bakken moet genoeg zijn.

I tried my best, but there was something about a wet nurse which I could not translate. This is not accurate, as I am terrible at Dutch, but I gave it my best shot. This is what I translated:

I found this recipe, which I think is delicious. I would say try it once.

Dough: 25 g at a guess
100 g milk to lubricate
salt
1 egg
200g sour cream
0.5 kg flour
0.5 egg on half product For invulling:300g beef
100g cabbage
100g onions,
pepper

Make a dough with ingrediants. Cut the Beef, cabbage, onions in small pieces. Using a 15cm wide plate, cut the dough around the plate. put the filling on the dough? and then fold in half, then press the edges down. Grease with egg yoke and put in a pre-heated 200 c oven. Bake 20 of them.  Bon apetetit!

Thanks Matt ! I appreciate your efforts very much ;) Now I am going to translate it to Hungarian to my Mom, to make that dish...if it will turn out fine, you are good in Dutch ;)

That is a recepie of a tradiconal Lithuanian dish, the Kybyn. It is a kind of baked pasta filled with meat. I seen it on Discovery, in the Unesco short films, and I thought I would like to taste it ;D

I think I've been made that in Croatia.

It was like a parcell dough with mince inside.

I hope you don't make this via my translation, and then it turns out as a greek salad.
