Help needed for a recepie

My dutch is perfect as I lived in holland 10 years... but I'm kinda busy now, so check back in a couple of hours and I'll have the right translation for you

I actually didn't use translators there, I made an exception, as I use them if it's any other language except French, German and Croatian, and thanks for the great remarks!:@
Nah, I'm glad you pointed that out actually, but I thought it seemed pretty logical the way I put it. Meat inside dough!

Dough:
25g baking powder
1 egg

For the filling:
300g of beef

Make a dough with the dough ingredients.
Cut up the beef, cabbage and onions in very small pieces.
Roll the dough flat, and cut out circles with a diameter of approx. 15cm (using a small plate might come in handy, and makes the process much easier)
Place the filling (approx. 1 medium sized spoon) in the middle of the pre-cut circle, fold the dought in middle, and then compress the sides and close it. So basicly your making "dough half moons' with the filling inside.
Lubricate with the stirred egg 'kibinai' and place in pre-heated 200c Oven.
I think that about 20 mins. of baking time should be enough.

I've taken the liberty to add some more structural grammar to the original text, in order to make it more comprehensive.
As for the word 'kibinai' :% ... I have no clue what that is or means, hence the quotes. It's not a dutch word. Maybe some kind of ingredient? So good luck with that part. ;D
As for the rest. Lightning strike me in the head if it does not turn out what it should be with my translation :]

After a quick inquiry, kibinai/kibiny/kibin seems to be the name of that whole recipe (seems to be from Lithuania / Crimea).
