I had a bigger problem. I made the flight over night!

This is impossible to do... It's the third landing in these conditions, all the safety rules were braked!:8:%

I agree 100% with Helio and thanks him for his advice on the runway conditions.
However I was not prepared to land in a dry pond 300' deep. At the last moment it was when I could realize the kind of landing I had ahead.
I could see the runway when only 2 miles out. I knew it was somewhere there because the SALS was telling me so.
So, for the next pilots to GQNC, be aware of it. It is though.
