A330-300

Well guys, i've got another problem :s this time it's the A330-300 from project opensky who isn't so nice to me. Sometimes the front wheel just disappears trough the ground causing the aircraft to crash into the ground.. and this the aircraft does without any reason at all... it just did it when i was unloading my passangers at LSZH.. with the engines shut down and parking brakes on.. it also does this just after i've clicked the fly now button and the loading process is done.. the front wheel just disappears trough the ground..

So i'm hopeing that someone will be able to help me in this matter :8 thanx in advance :]

Hello Daniel,

this doesn't sound like a problem of the A330 but of the scenery.
Which scenery have you loaded for Zurich (is it the FreeZ scenery? If yes, be careful when using it together with the Swiss 2004 sceneries, I also get these problems in Zurich).

My question would be, do you get this issue in other airports as well? Can you try a random airport where you know you have no sceneries installed?

In my FreeZ scenery I get problems with the A340 for example when the other planes are working OK (never tried the A330 though).

Once you establish whether it is a scenery or an aircraft problem, write back.

Cheers,

Sotiris

well, it just went trough the ground att Arlanda too..  without any scenery installed there.. and i've noticed that it's always abit forward leaning on ground.. but that's maybe normal..? but i should add that it isn't all the time that the aircraft goes to the ground.. so i'm having a bit of a hard time trying to find a pattern here... hope that you can help me out ;D

Well,

that is very weird. Normally the A330 is bowing at around minus 1...2 degrees on the ground, which gives her a very majestic looking. But the front wheel should work perfectly. I am sorry I cant give you a clue.

It should be a scenery or some other add-on problem. Was it the first time you experienced that ? Maybe you could try reload and reinstall the plane :s

AMD X4-955 3.2GHz / Gigabyte 770T / 4 GB DDR / Gigabyte GTS450 1GB DDR
Samsung 226BW@1680x1050 / WinXP.3 / FS9.1 / FSX.1 / Saitek Cyborg 3DGold

well, as far as i can recall it have done like this for a loong time.. and because of this i haven't flown the aircraft so much.. it is kind of boring when the front wheel just disappers trough the ground when it feels like it :% but i'll try to reinstall it now and check if it will behave more likeable ;)
