« on: June 25, 2004, 08:21:37 pm »
OK i can set up a flight totally and connect to IVAN. But I just want to know how to get rid of the pop-up that comes up when you start FS2004 saying there is an error and if you want to load up HosSB so you can use it. Please could some one tell me how to sort this out. Thanks.

Open FS9.CFG with notepad and add:

[OldModules]
HostSB.dll=1

FS9.CFG is in what part of the FS9 program folder? Is it in one of the sub-folders?

Make a search on your hard drive. It's somewhere like C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft or what.

It's in:

C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9

Yourll need to make Explorer show hidden files and folders to be able to see the Application Data folder:

Tools> Foler Options> View >Show hidden files and folders
