The results of the International study of the ACI - Airports Council International relative to 2º Timestre of 2007 are known. These results place the Airport João Paulo II in 1º place in the rapidity of the luggage delivery and in quality-price relation of parking on the European level, in what it says respect the international flights.

ANA - Airports of Portugal, integrate since the fourth trimester of 2005 an international program of Benchmarking on the satisfaction of Customer, called “ASQ - Airport Service Quality”. This program is based quarterly on the comparative analysis of the result of inquiries carried throughout each year and filled by passengers of domestic and international flights in the doors of boarding in several Airports throughout the world.

The inquiries cover following the 8 categories (unfolded in 36 subcategories for domestic and international flight):
 - General satisfaction;
 - Access;
 - Check-In;
 - Security and Immigration;
 - Signalling;
 - Services/Installations;
 - Environment inside the Airport;
 - Arrivals to the Airport.

During the month of July the results of the inquiries during the second trimester of 2007 and in which they had participated to 89 Airports, world-wide level (58 in domestic flights and 89 in international flights), including the Airport of Lisbon (international and domestic Flights), Airport Francisco Sá Carneiro (international and domestic Flights), Airport of Faro (international Flights), Airport of João Paulo II, (international and domestic Flights) and Airport of Madeira had been released by the “ACI - Airport Council International” (international and domestic Flights)

These results are rendered public by ANA to its customers, shareholders, users and suppliers, through the page of the Company on the Internet, updating them quarterly in accordance with the data divulged for the ACI.

In this second trimester it is to enhance the excellent result gotten for the Airport João Paulo II (AJP II) in what it says respect to the evaluation done for its passengers of international voos when inquired after the rapidity of the delivery of the luggage. In a scale of 1 (Weak) to 5 (Excellent) AJP II it got the punctuation of 3,84. This result stops beyond representing an ascent of 57 places in the Ranking of this international program, relatively to the first trimester of the year, locates this Airport in first place in the European Ranking. AJP II also occupies the first place in the European Ranking (voos international) in what it respects at the cost of the Parks of Parking (punctuation 3,60), subcategoria where the average if pointed out in the 2,92.  
 
Still relatively to AJP II, of the remaining categories in analysis for this study (voos international), 4 subcategories are outstanding that occupy 3º place of the European Ranking: Place For Parking, simpathy and professionalism of the staff of the Security, Distance to walk the Foot and Price of Restaurants/Installations for Meals.

The Airport Francisco Sá Carneiro (ASC), although in this second trimester has registed fast descendings in the generality of the categories in analysis, located in 1º place in the following subcategories of international voos in the European Ranking: Cleanness of the Sanitary Installations, Cleanness in the Terminal of the Airport and General Environment. To still point out 2º place in this Ranking, the category Availability of Sanitary Installations.

In this Airport the following descendings in the subcategories of international voos were registed: Open assembly time in the Line for Check-In, Commercial Easiness of Linking with Other Voos, Establishments/Store, Prices Commercial Establishments/Store and Inst. for Internet/Computer science/Telecom.

In what the ASC says respect to the domestic voos place of the European Ranking in the following subcategories occupies 3º: General satisfaction with the Airport, General Satisfaction with the Airport (business pax), Cleanness of the Sanitary Installations, Cleanness in the Terminal of the Airport and General Environment.
