WELCOME TO THE ZURICH HUB CHRISTMAS 2007 CHALLENGE !

As a bit of seasonal fun I've decided to set up a little challenge for all you intrepid Zurich pilots - an approach in poor weather into Lugano (LSZA)!

Firstly you need to get the charts so you can see what you're in for - you can download them here.

Then you need to download the flight files here and put the unzipped folder into your FS9/Flights folder. Sorry to those with FSX but these are only FS9 compatible - if anyone knows how to convert them to FSX, please feel free! (Basically you need to set yourself up in the EuroCargo 744 south of Lugano near the Malpensa MAL VOR and shoot the approach in snowy low visibility conditions!!)

Then fire up the sim, go to the Saved flights and look for LSZH Xmas challenge... Load the flight and you'll get a little briefing ;)

See if you can land safely and post your screenshots here!

Good luck Captains ;D

No - you can vary it to make it as easy or difficult as you like ;)

It's a challenging approach in any aircraft but the biggest challenge is in the biggest plane!!

And don't forget, the smaller the plane, the more children will be without presents on Christmas morning... :'(
