Departure & Arrival Times

I was actually wondering if the arrival and departure times on the offline Timetable that I downloaded from the website are supposed to be from gate to gate or startup to shutdown.

I suspected that they were gate to gate, but they are actually from engine startup to shutdown, correct?  I suppose it's inevitable that things will sometimes happen to put me behind schedule, but I wanted to be sure that I was comparing my results to the timetable correctly.

I have downloaded the flight logger and will definitely set it up and use it now... it seems that it will simplify things.

Ok, then finally somebody should correct my mind. We had a similar discussion about it monthes ago. That time, somebody said, those are Takeoff and Landing times, as it is stated on the main Search Results window. And he said, if it was startup and shutdown times, there would be different name, coz that is info for passengers and not for pilots.

So what is the truth?

I just think that it's called something wrong in the search result. I think that Gergely said the same thing, in that discussion we had those month ago. The time is from startup to shutdown.
