I'm sure many of you will have seen the Announcement of the sad news that Phil Nutt is stepping down from the Management Team in order to spend more time with his family and because of increased work responsibilities.
I'd like to pay tribute to all the hard work Phil has put in for a long time here, both in public and behind the scenes. I believe he has made a massive contribution to our airline and I'm sure you'll all want to join me in wishing him every success in the future.

Being a granddad myself I know what you are talking about Phil,the family is always coming first.
May I thank you for all the good work you did for us and the times you helped me out with my problems.

Not enough words to express my gratitude to you. Definately you left your "mark" here and we will miss you.
At least stay with us as a pilot. We will all be glad to see you on the Fly-In's (not as me that am always failing) LOL

Very sad to see you leave Phil eventough it is for a good cause. As Jaap said, family comes first.
The best for you and your family. You will be missed a lot from this part of the world.

No tears at all, only a big, bigger, biggest applause for all your contribution, all hard work and nice friendship you have offered to all of us. I understand you completely-the family is always the first, but please, stay with us too. See you in the skies soon!

I haven't either flown or shown up at the forums as often as I would like to but I'm aware of what you have done for Euroharmony and I would like to thank you for that and wish you the best. See you arround sometime.
