Title: Cruising the Alps - for Plymphil !!
Post by: EHM-1500 Jim on May 11, 2005, 01:30:19 pm
A few more shots from tour of the alps - LFNC - LFLB. I appreciate that the cloud difference is not massive but what does it for me is the different levels of clouds - you can set this up yourself in FS9 but takes years - the Flight 1 upgrade does it automatically and randomly!! Enjoy

Nice background fog

Now i'm sorry, but you dont get that in FS9.....

Yeah, great shots, are you having problems with the dynamics of the plane, after take off, the nose becomes uncontrolable for me :s

Yep, same problem for me too, did mention it in a previous thread - if you set the elevator trim to just below the second from top white mark then it just about cures it!!

Nice one - the fourth shot is the clincher - that really is quite stunning.

One more thing, does it stop the "puddle of milf effect" that happens in default FS

That would be ideal - if the milk lakes disappeared then I'd be queueing up to hand over my hard earned dosh :)

If by milk lakes you meen the naff fog layer in FS9 then yes it does - to a degree - you still get some low fog if appropriate but it looks a whole lot better and more real - also gets rid of those annoying squares you see when flying high over water and gives long contrails for passing planes like in real life...will try and post some example screenies over the weekend, Jim
