Hi Maabaa!

Looks very nice, I have only 4 very small comments:
1. We no longer use the black nosecone at this lighter color variant.
2. The tail stripes looks odd, as the white gaps between the blue stripes are not similar.
3. You could add stripes to the engines as well. Check the fleet page for the current repaint how it was solved.
4. You should mirror the tail logo horizontally ;)

Great work anyway. And what do you mean by immatriculation ?

Okay, good job. Reg-no. is: HB-FSC. You can keep it, or add a new one, it does not makes sense. If your website is permanent, and you can add a nice install instruction to the package, then I will add that link to the official ATR page, as an official payware repaint ;)

Hi folks.

I think about buying it, too (no wonder when looking at the pics above.. ;D )

But I´m wondering if there would be as much programming work as at the FMC of the PMDG 738 before you get started.

Are there similar systems at the ATR, too??

Greets!

There is a FMC in the ATR, but it's much more simple to use than on PMDG, although it's based on the same principles. and you don't HAVE to use it.

But hey ! FMC is great, it makes your life much more simple when thinking about flight plans and navigation :)

So would you say its easy for a beginner to learn or bit more complicated. Also do you think the ATR is worth the money?

Cheers,
Scott

Nothings hard if you read the manual. :D

Yes this plane is fine for beginners, it has it's particular logics (especially the FDAU system is particular), but you have to read the manual, since this one has been developped with the real ATR company, it's quite highly realistic.

Wait some more to buy it (the fleet might change someday and the ATR72 isn't very popular in EHM).

Hi folks,

as Maabaa said, the fleet is changing, and we had to retire the ATR-72 from the fleet due to unpopularity, next to the Saab-2000, and Fokker-70. This means, the ATR-72 remains in duty, only until the fleet renewal is announced completely. It can be somewhen this summer.

After that time, you will not allowed to file PIREPs with ATR-72 for EuroHarmony. If you want to fly the bird just for your fun, then it is really a nice bird, and nice add-on to buy. But you should not pay for it only to try the EuroHarmony livery, as this aircraft will be removed within 1-2 monthes from the fleet.

Thank you for attention.
