This is a freeware, can't test it since my FS in inoperant right now, but it looks like a lot of fine tuning on the textures.

It's just a rework on the textures, yes it'll work with dynamic weather.
Got my new HDD in hands right now, will be able to have FS working tonight so I'll test it and post screenshots.

I still have some "flickering" but the "fog" is more transparent now...

Is there any way i can remove the flicker ?

Not sure. This addon is only a texture rework (more transparent, brightness, contrast, color modifications). It doesn't do miracles (but almost) :)

cant find the file at flightsim. Can anyone please direct me to it...or what is the filename?
