Title: Moving From FS2002 To FS2004
Post by: EHM-1627 Chris on June 09, 2005, 09:48:15 am
when it comes to the EHM aircraft cani just copy the files over to the new version of FS.

i know that i will need to re-install IVAP, and the MTL databases, but i have no issues with that.

Well, copying the aircraft over is one choice, certainly... :)

For those aircraft where there are specific FS2004 models, though, you'll be much better off installing the FS2004 models.

I would suggest to copy all the stuff into FS2004.

If you found any difficulties, strange flight dynamics, or missing/not working gauges, you will surely know there is an incompatibility issue. In this case try to install the aircraft completely, for FS2004, and check the readme if there are any special options. ;)
