thanks for your comment, i love the sound of Airbus Engines, they sound very modern, if you can imagine that :%

Yeah! With that roar with a whineing sound it the background. Very nice! ;D
-
Makes you wonder why they need that sign-post warning of the planes - they are a bit hard to miss ;)

Might be for the bad pilots on low approch. :]
-
HAHAHA, well, it's a health and saftey issue i think, just incase somebody can fail to see one on approach and it just blast over their head and they crash, probably has been known to happen:]

Very nice pic... But I like most the one that 2 captains making an incredible turn to right. You can imagine that captain is saying where is that d**n runway, oh I see now but we are too far away!!! :D

I wish, I would have such an nice place for photographing, too....
Do you take such pics regularly?? So perhaps you can give me some tips for good photos.....
the sign could be for tall cyclers, too, so they can be saved from terrible headache......... ;D ;D

Aww, all these pictures make me wish I was back at KDOV. Then we'd have some top rate pictures of America's biggest, most beautiful transport, the C-5 Galaxy!!
-
Ok who voted my pic off the scale...;D
C5 is an ugly thing imho, and @ Lee, yea the 25 approach is great, with the view of Sunderland and then the turn over the bay and the piers to get alligned, and the view of Newcaste quayside :;D ah good times..
Evertime i've flew on holiday ive had the runway 25 approach which is very lucky!
