Title: U.K. Tour & Silverstone--Again!!

I have gone back through the forum notes and got info about the three uk.Zip files, downloaded and installed.
Still no Silverstone??

I saw another note re fly next door to town of "Turweston" and do a hop over to Silverstone---I like that idea if there is no "fix" to list Silverstone for FS9.

Any recommendations from those who recently completed this tour?

Hi Dan,

I recently completed the UK Tour.

I use Just Flights VFR Scenery (Payware) and that has Silverstone included but unfortunately it's not really the airport, just the Photoreal scenery. I flew a radial of 155 degrees from Daventry VOR  to find the VFR scenery version and it is about 7.5 nm. The Coords roughly to the middle of the airfield are:

52:04:30N
1:00:35W

BTW, I also use FSnavigator so that makes finding it a hell of a lot easier!

If you havent got it, download it and you get 20 flights in the demo version before you have to register. Handy for finding fixes.
