Hi guys.
i was just adding a graphic to my avtar when i noticed a "euroharmony legend" badge. What do you have to do to get one of these and did anyone previous;y have one before," The Big Crash!!!"
-
If you can save all the passengers on board the 747-400 when your wings break off at FL390 you'll get one for sure:P
nah, I don't know really.. Tis a while since the awards were made, so I guess I kinda forgot about that matter..... :{
-
The only person I can think of that has one is Gergely Kósa, for founding Euroharmony.
I think it was simply described on the awards page as 'the highest award a member of euroharmony can get'.
-
Indeed, some of the awards, like dedication
medals, medal of honour and legend
award have no precise description concerning
what has to be done to earn them.
The CEO and the management
assign them to reward both the
length and quality of the service a
pilot provides to the airline.
Be a good pilot and good member
of the airline. Eventually, and often
unexpectedly, you'll get one.

Three members of EHM had the Legend medal before the GC: Maarten, Magnus and Gergely.
-
Not correct G... That's the Medal of Honor you mean. According to my old notes there are at least 12 pilots that have the Legend medal: 0018, 0020, 0079, 0273, 0434, 0541, 0588, 0597, 0615, 0813, 0934 and 1077.
-
I say lucky them!
-
hmm 12! i only knew of one......and that is Thomas Paine and as if i remembered correctly he's EHM-0018
-
Sorry Magnus I didn't remember well. It was a long time ago that I was in EHM :(
-
Why do you people call it the BIG CRASH!:{
Call it somin' like that mess-up with the web server.:]
-
I say lucky them!
Luck is not exactly useful for a MoH.
Ciao ciao!

Ok then what about.
Well done.:]

Legend medals (bold IDs indicate the pilot still flies at EHM):
0018 - Thomas Paine, for being with us since the very first days and flying regularly until today.
0020 - Massimo Panizzolo, for being at EHM since its opening. He flew until last December, unfortunately he didn't rejoin after the Great Crash.
0079 - Simao Oliveira, for very long service and for being EuroHolidays manager and mentor :)
0273 - Gareth Evans, for very long and regular service
0434 - Terry Bailey, former Timetable manager and creator of several add-ons
0541 - Kjell Karlsson (Helix), for very long and regular service
0588 - Paul Soetens, for long and regular service, creating EHM add-ons and being Cargo manager
0597 - Nick Sikora, for long and regular service, former Business manager
0615 - Dimitris Pantoleon, for long and regular service and for promoting EuroHarmony on IVAO and at IVAO-GR

0934 - Barry Harden, for long and regular service
1077 - Emanuele D'Arrigo, for developing scripts for the EHM website
Medals of Honour (bold IDs indicate the pilot still flies at EHM):
0005 - Maarten Pols, for creating the EHM website, including graphics, scripting and database managing.
0250 - Magnus Larsson, for his EHM add-ons (including the old Flight Logger), his help with the site and his great ideas.
Note: This was the status of the awards/medals in October 2003. New ones should be released based on the pilots' activity since then so monitor your pilot profile. :)
-
Hey gergely do you have one medel of honour yourself? ;)
-
Umm...noticed my name in that list.
Yes, I recieved the "Legend" medal long time ago. In fact I was in management for a while... ages ago.
Now I have been away for a long time, but aint all gone thou. Have just started to fly for EHM again. Have completed 4 class1 flights, so i`ll be back as an EHM ATP-pilot in no time...:8
-
Well done all who are on the list. Keep it up!
Cheers
Rich

Ah yes, I recieved a legends metal before the "somebody let the server crash and wreck a really cool VA incendent". Sorry guys that I haven't been on the active list but I was really busy and I was also really frustrated with some of poor quality aircraft. Now don't get me wrong, they look great and for the most part fly great. But some, the radios don't work or the AP doesn't work right and coupled with my crappy old computer, I just gave up. Today though, I started a tour. Real fun. I missed it. Just couldn't stay away:)
