Title: MD83 GPS/Nav Switch
Post by: EHM-1570 Bruce on December 01, 2005, 08:19:36 pm
For any pilot that flies the MD83 will have seen that the GPS/Nav switch is far over to the left of the panel, and is difficult to see what position the switch is in. I have changed the panel.cfg on my aircraft so that the switch is now in the centre of the panel. This can be done by changing the following  in the panel.cfg file: Open panel.cfg file, go to Window 0 and scrool down to gauge 56 (GPS/Nav switch) and alter -8, 675, 29, 44 to read 470, 650, 29, 44, this will put the gauge in the centre of your panel.
