Hi all,

the MTL update is out, contains lots of new models and hundreds of liveries. There are several EuroHarmony liveries too.

and look for MTL Dynamic Installer

You don't have to download large packages, just this small installer, and you can select from there which planes do you wish to install (of course the base models need to be installed). There is also a PDF manual if you are lost.

The time we have all been waiting for..I cant wait to try it out...maybe i will see more EHM planes..

Hi folks,

I updated my IVAO softwares to the latest version, but I cannot handle this new MTL updater program. It keeps giving me an error message and exits, no matter how I install it. Even the developers could not help. :s

So afterall I manually downloaded those enormous size of MTL libraries, but I cannot find any VA repaints in those. Could someone send me the EHM MTL at least, or give a link to the VA MTLs if there is any at all in a packed format ?

I don't know how the installer works Robert, you run the program and then select the aircraft that you want to install. It then downloads and unpacks them. If you know where it downloads them too, I can send them to you.

OK, I got it !

It was a d**n Windows bug :[ My user account name (why the .... do I need an only 1 account ON MY OWN PC at all ???!!!) is my name, which contains a non-English character. :s I had some problems from it before...

Anybody knows if I can modify the account folder name without a new Windows install? You know: C:\Documents and settings\xxx

Start a new account, delete thje previous account and choose to transfer the files. You have to be logged in to the new account before you can delete the old one.

Sounds good. And if I transfer the old files to the new account, will every program find what it needs on the new place ?

As long as it does not delete anything you should be OK - fingers crossed. :o :%

Why not ring your local Microsoft helpline - they may have an alternative work-around as they must come across situations such as this regularly.

Thanks Bill for your efforts, but I am scared to start this operation...rather leave and keep in mind if there was a problem at any programs.

Anyway, my system slowed down too much, and I think it is almost perfect time to replace the HDD to an SATA system, so maybe a new install is an acceptable solution.
