I took this photo on my way back today, May 8th 2004.. the crew was kind enough to let me in! Ofcourse I know what plane I was on, but I'll let you guess for a change too :8 Should be a piece of cake

I think the pilot would have told him :)
-
well I usually look up the registration of my flight's aircraft at Airliners.net. In the remarks they said it was delivered in April :D hehe, I hope this motivation is good enough for the KLM Flight Academy ;)

Cool! Really cool! So they actually do let you in on request. I'll try visiting the cockpit on my trip to VIDP, Delhi, India next month in a Saudi Arabian Airlines Boeing 747. :)
-
It was better for him than just a visit, he has been in the cockpit for the complete flight. :]

lol, why? :s
-
cuz the airline has a high risk of being hijacked by terrorists...
same counts for El-Al
-
Yes, it is. But I guess they do know that 12 y/os like me can't hijack a plane..LOL!
-
I know but I dont think they would take any chaces. What I guess you should do is e-mail them or something and ask.

It's the captain's call, though most captains really don't mind people taking a look in the cockpit :)
