Title: Saving mid flight
Post by: EHM-1816 Phil on January 21, 2006, 03:16:28 am
If I was flying, and needed to save and resume mid-flight.  What would happen regarding the ProPilot, is it possible for this to pause and continue logging when I re-load FS9?

As far as I am aware it is not possible. I don't think it is possible on any flight using the Flight Logger even if you are doing flights off the regular system, not on Pro Pilot.

You can pause the flight and then resume later when not using Propilot, and Flightlogger will deduct the pause time from your total flight time.

Phil Dawson, I recommend you keep track of your flight by paper even when you fly using ProPilot. Try http://homepage.ntlworld.com/manu3d/EHM/flightnotes.zip . On paper keep account of the FS's internal time, this will avoid confusion in the case you need to pause for some reason, or you have some problem while using ProPilot. While online however it is strictly forbidden by IVAO and VATSIM to pause while flying.

Have a good one!

Alex;)
