Go get it, and have no excuse for penalties during your flight....
The Checklist cannot prevent you from getting penalties for excessive G-Forces, overspeed and excessive bank angle penalties.

Few reaction:
Strobe lights on: only Taxi (leaved Appron), never turn on startup. pls move Taxi checklist procedures.
And....
Before departures,
Landing Lights on - OK
Taxi lights - OFF , don't hold ON!
and Squack Charlie Mode - ON...
Departures:
Altimeters set to standard (ATC confirmed FL -altitude, highly recommended bellow Fl180 (5000-18000 feet intervallum)
Cruise checklist:
Set IAS 10-15 IAS under overspeed limit marker.
landings.
Standard check...
After Rwy vacated. turned off landing lights, and strobe, and squack stand by.
taxi lights on.

Taxi light OFF (lining up)
Takeoff (during takeoff roll, IAS>40kts)
Landing light ON
Strobe light ON
---
Landing (during roll-out, IAS>40kts)
Landing light OFF
Strobe light OFF
Vacating Runway
Taxi light ON
---
Using this schema, I've not been penalised in FSP for landing/strobe light infractions in over a dozen flights (you should see the mess I've made of my Mooney Bravo checklist getting it FSP friendly though...)
