When I fly with the 747-400 and I have to make a turn to heading 200, the aircraft will turn very slow...
How is this possible and how can this be fixed?

Replace the 747s air file with the one from the default 747-400. That should make the flight dynamics work correctly. Rename it to the same name as the original one that came with the EHM plane.

Airfile??

Within the FS9/aircraft/EHM-744 folder (the 744s folder) there will be a file with the extension .air. This file controls the flight dynamics of the plane. Copy the .air file from the default 747's folder and paste into the EHM 747's folder. Rename it to the same name as the .air file you are replacing and delete the one you are replacing.

Please check again the B744 page, I have attached a new flight dynamics file to there, exclusively for FS2004.
Sorry for incoveniences.

When I put the 2 files in the ehm744 directory in FS9, I don't have a cockpit... I have renamed the .air file to the original one.

Well, the new dynamics file uses your "original" 747 panel. It means if you did not have any yet in the EHM-747's panel folder, then you will not see it. If you used a personal panel, that is stored at a different aircraft folder, or it has other name than PANEL, this new cfg file will not find it.
You can alias any panel to this file. Just open it, and look for the "panel= " fields. You will find 7 of this, as this cfg contains 7 different 747 paintings. If you enter here the panel location, the aircraft will load it. For example you can use the iFly panel: "panel=iFly 747-400\panel" if you have it, or even the PMDG one: "panel=PMDG747-400\panel" directly from the EHM 747 folder.
