i have now recalculated the number of countries i have been to in europe alone.they are:1.england 2.netherlands 3. spain 4. portugal, 5. switzerland , 6.norway, 7.sweden, 8. denmark, 9 greece,10.hungary 11. germany .12.france.

However,i still have not got my award.pls help.

Ok...relax...wait 24 hours for the award engine to run....and allways have a look around other topics to see if the issue has been addressed

Bruno, need to report that I am awaiting the Silver European Award as well - the fly-in on Sunday took me to 20 countries visited (according to my spreadsheet for such things...)

And for information purposes, the award engine correctly awarded the Tour of the Alps badge to me after completion.
