Title: Request training
Post by: EHM-1745 Ferry on March 17, 2006, 10:21:07 pm
Hi,

After some years now, i want to make the step to the virtual world (ivao), so i want to request a training for first time online, but when i log in i get the following message:

Your password and/or pilot ID is incorrect. Please try again...

I use the same password and id as i use to login to the site:%

Is there something i am doing wrong?

Best regards and hope to see you all in the virtual skies,

Ferry

Hi Ferry,

You should have 2 passwords, one for the "Website" and one for the "Network" (IVAN) Make sure you are using the right passwords to log in to the different areas. (Ie. When connecting via IvAp or IvAe use the Network password, when connecting to the Website use the other!)

Hope that helps a bit, let us know if this doesn't cure your problem.

Ah sorry Ferry, I thought you were doing the IVAO training.... I have completely missunderstood you.

The EHM training should just be your ehm id: 1745
and the password should  be your EHM password.

Sorry about that, I was all confused. :%
