You said all Rico ;) Anyway, good luck for this giant too.
Anybody knows what parts are made in Germany ? When I visited Frankfurt last month, I saw a normal truck on the A3 motorway toward Frankfurt, around Nürnberg, and it had the same "A380 on board" logo painted on its side...

In Nürnberg, I think it could come from Donauwörth, where the doors are made

I seee...thanks Manuel. It was not a biiiiiiiiiiig truck, just a normal Mercedes Actros. What I did not understand why it was heading to north ? Maybe it went to the Hamburg port ?

I watched a documentary on the Airbus A380 a while back. It sure is an international project! The first A380 is being delivered this year, I think. It has a range of around 8,500NM so it can link almost any two cities in the world in a single non-stop flight. Awesome plane! Its counterpart, thge Boeing 787 (or 7E7, I'm not sure) is entering service in 2008. Anyway, I just had to let you know that. Sorry for sidetracking! :>

Hi Ben,
you are right, the first plane is delivered to Quantas, and it will make its first flight somewhen during this summer ;)

Great! Looking forward to hearing about it! ;D
