Title: Wierd Flight Number...
Post by: EHM-1671 Ben on May 11, 2006, 06:49:08 am
Hi again,

I'm making a flight right now, from KATL to CYVR (Vancouver, Canada) using my FLogger. In my FLogger, flight 'H1113' is listed as a flight from KATL to CYVR, but on the EHM ACARS, I'm listed as flying from LPPT to EGPF. What's happening?

Take Care!  ;)

An update on this:

The flight number in FLogger is too long (H1113), so the ACARS on the webpage took only the first 4 characters. Instead of reading H113 (which is the correct flight number for the flight) it reads H111, and therefore detects a different flight. Can anything be done about this?

Sure.

Thank you for reporting that.
We are going to correct the ACARS as soon as we can.
