Hi folks,
after I got several mails complaining about out ATR-42 panel, I checked the plane, and I have to say you were right ! ;D The story is quite long, but the main point is the main point, the panel does not work in FS2004 ! You can find the solving in this topic: http://www.fly-euroharmony.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=2614&page=1
Thank you Dominic !
Well, the airplane was somehow left out from last year's fleet renovation process, and therefore it got ouf focus. It was the time too, when I changed game version, and I did not notice the problem...I am sorry very much !!! :$ And now the future, and solutions:
As you know, we will introduce the brand new livery on all of our airplanes. It will include the ATR too. But... there were several asks to include the bigger ATR-72 in the fleet, because that has a fantastic payware version, while the smaller 42 does not have. Next to it, the Saab-2000 is a bit small and sits in Class3 now...therefore a new agreement was born:
1: Saab-2000 will step down to Class2, and replaces ATR-42 there. 2: ATR-72 will be re-inserted to the fleet, to the place of Saab-2000 into Class3. Soooo...the new Class2 and Class3 will look like:
- Class 2: Dornier-328 & Saab-2000
- Class 3: ATR-72 & DHC-Dash8
This will happen only when the new repaints born. Until then, enjoy the ATR-42 with the fix on the above link, and also start save some money for the Flight-1 product ATR-72 turboprop. ;)
Cheers ATR lovers !

Happy to help Robert! And I'm very pleased to hear the ATR-72 is coming back as I've got it and am itching to use it in EHM colours :P

Hi,
the recommended version of the ATR 42 500 has got wrong values for the weights in the Aircraft.cfg.
One can only fill the tanks with 25 %, although the Payload is at about 0 lbs.
Does anybody know the correct lines to be written into the aircraft.cfg?
Thanks!

Please allow me another question about the atr-42:
The heading / CRS-knobs do only allow a 10 degree change by every Click or Wheel-Movement. how can I change hdg/crs by single degrees?
Thanks

Hi Miko,
I've had a bit of a play with the WEIGHT & BALANCE section and these figures work fine on my set-up so give them a try... just copy this section (between the lines of dashes) and paste it into your aircraft cfg file overwriting the existing WEIGHT AND BALANCE section:-
//-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[WEIGHT_AND_BALANCE]
reference_datum_position=000, 0, 6.800
empty_weight_CG_position=000, 0.000, -8.000
max_number_of_stations=50
station_load.0 = "170.0, 45.0, -1.5, 0.0, Pilot"
station_load.1 = "170.0, 45.0, 1.5, 0.0, First Officer"
station_load.2 = "150.0, 40.0, -1.0, 0.0, Flight Attendant"
station_load.3 = "3570.0, 35.0, 0.0,0.0, 21 Pax front"
station_load.4 = "3570.0,-25.0, 0.0,0.0, 21 Pax rear"
station_load.5 = "1500.0,-30.0, 0.0, 0.0, Baggage"
empty_weight=24802.000
empty_weight_roll_MOI=260000.000
empty_weight_pitch_MOI=302000.000
empty_weight_yaw_MOI=470000.000
empty_weight_coupled_MOI=1400.000
max_gross_weight=41005.000
CG_forward_limit=0.000
CG_aft_limit=1.000
//-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As regards the 10 degree heading/course changes I think this is an FSUIPC thing and can't be easily fixed. That said sometimes when I click these knobs really close to the centre I get 1 degree changes but it doesn't always work...
Hope this helps !

Thanks Dominic for your great help!
Your CFG-Fix works fine - as to the 1 degree changes I will try another screen resolution - maybe that 'll help.
