No, I don't have that problem with the AN225 in particular, but I have encountered it before. When I was flying the A330 at Male Int'l, I touched down a bit too hard and the nose gear just sank into the runway. On the return flight (which didn't get into the air), just as I loaded the fligth sim the nose bounced up, down and went into the runway. This same occurence has happened to me before, and when I get into the air and put up the gear the nose gear just stays there, it's non responsive. Any ideas, anybody??

that happened with me too(another plane since my a330 panel has problems) but the an225 problem is that even if you touchdown as gentle as possible, it would still sink.

Ben, about your sinking gear it is the way FS simulates a damaged landing gear, hence it does not contact the ground, unlike FSP which "retracts" the gear to a almost totally gear up position.

on the other hand, your second case i think it maybe the runway surface like the one at KSEA.My a330 also did the same thing.
