Title: MD 11 need to know miles per gallon

Hello all
i need to know how many nautical miles per gallon the md11 does(for Fuel calc program).

Well, I do not know the correct number, but try to divide the max range with max fuel capacity ;) it can give you an approximate value.

As you know the actual value always depend on the actual load, speed and flight level...so it can have a quite wide range.

The higher you fly, the lower the rate of fuel consumption. Also, at lower temperatures your you will be able to get more lift, so more fuel for longer flights.
