I haven't flown online for a while and yesterday in the attempt to do an online flight (Vatsim) when I started FS and then conect to Vatsim through Sq Box 3, after about 15 minutes FS Freezes and I have to crash FS and start all over again, offline everything works correctly but not online, it's kind of weird since I've been using Sq box 3 for a while and no problems at all, if I dont get the problem solved I'm thinking to change to IVAO. Any suggestins? Thanks in advance.
My system:
Pentium IV 2.0 Ghz
738 Mb DDR RAM
200 GB hard disk
ATI Radeom Graphics 9800 PRO with latest Omega drivers.
Windows XP Service pack 2
FS9

My advise: think strongly about changing to IVAO anyway. The software is custom designed for them by a team of software developers. I've run squawkbox 3 a few times and had more than my fair share of problems with it - that specific case though, I can't help, sorry.

I'd have to agree with EHM-1617. IVAO is much better.

IMHO it's trial and error. I know some people who have problems with SB3 so use IVAO and I know some people that have problems with IVaP so use Vatsim and SB3. It's just a matter of finding which works best for you.

Obvious thing to suggest, given recent discussions with fairly high-up VATSIM folks...
Have you tried the other VATSIM pilot client software? Is called FSInn... I'm pretty sure I put a link to it in the "new" Online Flying Manual.
(And on a personal note Carlos, do try IVAO as well. The "atmospheres" on the two networks are entirely different...)

If SB3 doesn't work try FSInn. I think SB is easrier to use, but FSInn does have some nice features.

I´ll try all those to see wich one works the best, if none I'll just go back to offline flying, thanks guys for your replies :)

Finally my choice will be IVAO, it's working perfect for now, thanks all.

Glad to hear it Carlos. Hope to see you in the Virtual skies soon! ;)
