Here's a great little Quick Reference Card (it's real world, so there's some stuff that's not FS relevant), by Bill Bulfer of Continental Airlines (but hey, I guess their SOPs can't be so different from ours!)

Here's some profiles for the 737, for all stages of flight, courtesy www.fmcguide.com

And here's a 2-page 727NG checklist. It's a little patchy (I've added some stuff to my copy) but not bad. From Tim Metzinger.

Iain,
Not sure how, but your post "passed me by" without response.
Already have the first two in my two 737 ref manuals (both by Mr. Bulfer, funnily enough) and the checklist does look very light. As I'm not flying the PMDG 738, prefering the fleet 738 with the Magenta MCP panel, I find myself using Werner Schott's Default B734 checklist (http://www.fsimcafe.com/Downloads/ShowDownload.aspx?ProductID=630). Again, it's not 100% complete for my liking, but again, I've modified the flow a little to suit.
For the PMDG pilots, I (again) would recommend this FS2Crew 737 checklist (http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=58097). It's complete enough to get a "real" 737 in the air and back on the ground.

Hi,
Very nice information. I didn't knew any of these documents.
I like them all, but specially the "FMC profiles" one ;).
Regards,

Originally obtained from Maabaa, but I've seen these "out and about" on the public internet since, so I don't see any problem making them available for more general distribution...

Boeing B747-400 aircraft operating manual (http://www.ggpsystems.co.uk/download/murray/B744-AOM.7z) (8.16MB 7-zip archive)
and finally, and this one is utter dynamite if you want real-world information for the B737

Thanks Ian and Murray for the good load of information. Its really good to read these documents for the simple reason that I mentioned some time back.
Most of us flying here are not trained professionally and we have just been happily learning to play with our fingers on the keyboard and joysticks without bothering to get actual training at all. So these documents help us to get to know the game and aviation more closely.
