Title: Lost in navigation
Post by: EHM-1908 Steve on July 23, 2006, 04:26:44 pm
Yesterday i intended to do the EBBR-EGCC flyin but chickened out after doing a offline preflight and could not get my navigation right

You can see from the picture that i am flying on the UL610 which according to FSVAV should be heading 187 to LAM (115.60) but no matter what i did i could not get the hsi to line up :$
Was i doing something wrong ?

Sorry i didn't join you guys but i did not want to look a fool by getting lost over the channel

Were you using the autopilot settings in FSNavigator or your own autopilot settings in the aircraft?

If you use the FSnavigator Autopilot, it will automaticly udate the altitude/heading etc as you pass each intersection, from looking at that pic you seemed fine on course as you were about to pass over rapix (Transition from EBBU to EGTL)
